Refund Guarantee

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for our Refund Guarantee. You can choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free reshipment of your order — whichever suits you best.

⚠️ Exclusions:

  • Extended Delivery Zones: Countries where the standard delivery time exceeds 30 days (refer to our Shipping Policy for details).

  • Incorrect Customer Information: Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

✔️ Easy Returns:
If you wish to return a product, simply use our Return Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

✔️ Smooth Exchanges:
Want a different color, model, or style? No problem. We offer free shipping on your exchange order.

  • If the new item costs more, we’ll request the price difference before processing.

  • If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union:

  • Self-Managed Returns: You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Exchange Shipping: While the replacement order ships for free, the cost of returning the original item is non-refundable.

Processing Times

  • All returns are processed within 2 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after processing.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
